We will send a witness sample for your quality tests and approval. Our manufacturing process begins only with your quality approval.

Our standard lead time is 19 days. We offer free delivery within UK Mainland, and low priced delivery to the rest of the World via UPS, DHL, Fedex and Seflek Transport.

Zero. We do not charge any cost for custom products. You only pay the product cost and that is it.
Our standard lead time is 19 days, but we mostly make the products ready within 14 days. If the product requires a new mould, that can extend the manufacturing time.
A technical drawing would be the best; but if you don't have it, a simple drawing showing all the needed measurements makes the job. Another option is reverse engineering. We can design a new copy over a product via reverse engineering, even if the original part is damaged or broken.
All parts and sub-components are made in-house under one roof policy; except the o-rings and seals (gaskets) we use on our products if any needed.
